Our mission

Mark Rippa graduated with a bachelors from Northeastern University and spent 19 years in the health and wellness industry before starting his own pain relief service business.  Mark is a licensed massage therapist (LMT) and spent the last five years in clinical environment specializing in functional mobility training, pain free stretching, clinical sports massage in the health and fitness industry.  Mark is a certified specialist in orthopedic manual massage and stretch therapy and has helped clients improve flexibility, mobility, strength, balance and performance training. He uses an integrative approach to meeting client’s needs with manual therapies and outcome-based medical/clinical massage techniques such as sports massage, active isolated stretch therapy, myofascial stretch therapy, proprioceptive, neuromuscular facilitation and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization therapy.  The goal is to apply bodywork applications of specific treatments targeted to specific problems the clients present after assessment/evaluations and educate clients on body mechanics to ensure proper functional movement and maximum performance with flexibility and mobility.
